The onsite warranty upgrade is an upgrade and supersedes the standard return to base warranty meaning, two year onsite is two years warranty in total ( some people suspect the one year return to base and additional two years on site= Three in total, this is incorrect)
Once the warranty is purchased and the letter given to the Customer, they will need to register with Brother
Onsite support is available to Customers within 50km of a major city or 30km in rural locations- outside these radiuses may attract a travel charge.
